Charles has provided us with a fantastic service from the second he took on the sale of our house. It has probably been the worst time to sell a house in the last 15 years, but all the way through Charles was reassuring, professional and knowledgeable. He answered the phone every time we called day or night, and was even contactable whilst out of the country on holiday.

If you want to sell your house, do not consider using any other agent than Charles. He is second to none and highly, highly recommended.

When my wife and I were looking to upsize our house with our growing family we were always cautious when dealing with estate agents, theres so much complex language and loop holes to jump through but with Charles Henry you literally have the difficult bits and complex bits taken away. Charles just seems to do everything for you his drive & passion for getting you the best outcome whether selling or buying a property is clearly evident in the attention to detail he gives. He also seems to be available when ever you need him whether for advice, support or even just to give his professional opinion. Would happily recommend him to anyone whether first time buyer, looking to downsize later in life or even looking to upsize as we experienced. Above all he’s a genuine nice guy all these attributes show why we could all use Charles to sell/buy our house. I never actually met Charles as we had to sell our house from a distance. Which could have made things more complicated but thanks to Charles’ dedication and care a sale was achieved and successfully seen through to completion. His weekly updates were much appreciated and gave us confidence that all was on track.

From the very start Charles has been fantastic. His tenacity through the whole process meant that the sale to completion only took 12 weeks.
Charles kept us informed of everything, the best communication with weekly calls and updates to everyone throughout the chain. He would be available at any point, no matter the time. Charles answered all of our questions and allayed all of our worries.

Different review here – I was a lucky person who found a property to purchase via Charles. I work within the industry and can safely say that Charles is one of the best estate agents I have dealt with (and I have dealt with a few!). From the initial enquiry, through the viewing and my offer on the property Charles was always easy to contact and returned calls promptly, even if it meant calling after 7pm and whilst he was on holiday. The thing I particularly liked was my weekly update call. Charles would ring every Wednesday with an update of what was happening (or not!). My purchase from the date the offer was officially accepted to completion today was exactly 12 weeks and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charles to anyone and should I look for another property in the future, he will be my first port of call.
