Unlike other agents, I won’t advise you to go for an inflated asking price. I’ll do a full valuation of the property and tell you what it’s worth, and give you a realistic idea of what buyers would pay. Then I can provide you with advice on how to improve your chances of a higher asking price or a quicker sale.

Oh, and did I mention my valuations are completely free of charge? I’m always happy to pop down at a time that suits you, armed with coffee and biscuits, to provide a no-obligation market appraisal of your home.

A big part of getting you the best deal on your property is showcasing it in its best light. That’s why I use a range of professionals who can help me achieve just that. Whether it’s taking professional photographs, organising a filmed video tour, getting new floor plans drawn up or EPC reports done. I can also have drone video footage captured if it would benefit the property, and have tailored descriptions written for each listing. I can even bring in experts to help stage your home for viewings. 

I always say that I can’t guarantee a timescale for a sale, or a final sale price, but what I can guarantee is the level of service I can provide. I pride myself on going above and beyond for my clients, putting all the pieces in place to give you and your property the best chance of success.

To encourage viewings your property will be featured on my websites, on various property portals and on social media accounts. Paid advertisements will market your property online, achieving the maximum possible reach. I will also promote your property on social media 24 hours before it goes market-wide. This allows locals to book in for viewings early and generates more interest around your property.

As well as organising viewings with potential buyers, I also encourage open houses. These are a great way to generate interest in your property and draw buyers to your doorstep. You can have pre-arranged viewings during an open house as well, which can make it a less stressful experience for you – so you only have to get the house ready once!

I conduct all viewings and open houses personally, so you know prospective buyers are getting the best experience of your property.
