Different review here - I was a lucky person who found a property to purchase via Charles. I work within the industry and can safely say that Charles is one of the best estate agents I have dealt with (and I have dealt with a few!). From the initial enquiry, through the viewing and my offer on the property Charles was always easy to contact and returned calls promptly, even if it meant calling after 7pm and whilst he was on holiday. The thing I particularly liked was my weekly update call. Charles would ring every Wednesday with an update of what was happening (or not!). My purchase from the date the offer was officially accepted to completion today was exactly 12 weeks and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charles to anyone and should I look for another property in the future, he will be my first port of call.
