We have very recently purchased our first home through Charles. I don’t know where to begin- he has truly been attentive, thorough and highly professional throughout. He is so personable and nothing is too much trouble.

After our first viewing, we wanted a second viewing and he was very prompt in allowing us to do so. Throughout the offering process he was efficient and kept us informed at all stages. We lived 40 minutes from the property so what would usually be quick visits, were not for us. He attended and gave access to various Tradesmen and Surveyors for us, and again kept us informed at all stages. He has been so pro-active in ensuring that our preferences have always been met and goals achieved. I really could not recommend Charles Henry enough in your buying process. He has helped us throughout, consistently advising us with his wealth of knowledge and expertise, giving so much of his time for us to prepare the house ready for completion and always doing everything in his power to make sure goals are met (which with many people in the process, is extremely rigorous). You have made it so much easier for us, taken burdens off of our shoulders and reassured us when we’ve needed it through your experience.

Charles from the start did an amazing job – where he has decided to focus on a small number of clients you get a very personal service. His experience provides you with good advice on where to pitch your house price when to put it on the market, when to adjust the price etc. etc.
throughout the conveyancing he was incredibly proactive in following up on buyers and sellers. You can do a lot worse that let Charles sell your house.

We had a fantastic search and purchase experience with Charles. He actually took the time to listen to and undetstand what we were looking for. Refreshing considering most agents I’ve had any dealings with seem to completely ignore that! Like setting a budget and then they send you listings for £100k more!

Viewings were well organised and punctual. Lots of detail on the house and surrounding areas too. Once we’d agreed a price we got regular updates each week on progress throughout the chain – even leaving me Whatsapp voice notes as I’m often in the office for work – so I could listen and respond when most convenient!

Connected me to an excellent surveyor too!

Charles has provided us with a fantastic service from the second he took on the sale of our house. I never actually met Charles as we had to sell our house from a distance. Which could have made things more complicated but thanks to Charles’ dedication and care a sale was achieved and successfully seen through to completion. His weekly updates were much appreciated and gave us confidence that all was on track.
