What makes Charles better than any other agent we’ve used is his dedication, thoroughness and attention to detail, and great communication. Charles helped us navigate a very difficult sale and kept his cool throughout the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Having tried one of the main estate agents for our local area and failed to get any offers for a period of 6 months, we switched to Charles. The difference was astounding. Charles has an in depth knowledge of our area and was able to articulate the benefits of living here rather than just selling ‘the house’ which almost sold itself. His drone footage and personal thoughts on video about the property on social media is also an advantage over the typical Rightmove marketing. He personally deals with the viewings and conveyancing aspects so you are not left with someone from an agency that has ‘no skin in the game’, and ensures he knows everything possible about the house which he passes onto buyers. Charles also provided invaluable advice on our potential purchases, and even when the house was STC personally dealt with any buyer issues that needed further negotiation. We cannot fault the service that Charles provided. He is also very friendly and makes (believe it or not) the process of dealing with an estate agent very enjoyable! In a word ‘outstanding’!

Charles recently sold my house in Alton and I cannot praise him enough for the service he provided. Charles sold our house for us and it was the best decision I made after multiple unsuccessful attempts with chain agents. His communication throughout the whole process was so helpful.. A sensible valuation meant the house sold in a matter of weeks rather than trying to stick 50K on the asking price just to get the business and then wittle the price down like many agents seem to do. Even after the house sold he was proactive every week chasing solicitors and making sure both my buyers and I were happy. Honestly cannot recommend Charles enough to sell with.
